Professor Wang JinFu

Xi'an Shiyou University

Wang Jinfu, male, Han ethnicity, born in October 1978, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He holds a doctoral degree in management and is a professor. The current President of Xi'an Shiyou University. Responsible for administrative work. In charge of the Party and Government Office and the Audit Department. Contact the School of Earth Science and Engineering. I started working in April 2004. Formerly served as the head of the Policy Research Office of the Party Committee of Xi'an Engineering University, Deputy Director of the Development Planning Department, Director of the Policy Research Office, Dean of the School of Management, and Director of the Development Planning Department. From August 2012 to August 2013, I worked as a visiting scholar at Columbia University, a prestigious Ivy League university in the United States. From August 2015 to July 2016, I worked as a visiting scholar at Tsinghua University for the Western Light. From May 2018 to December 2023, served as a member of the Party Committee and Vice President of Xi'an Engineering University. In December 2018, he was appointed as the Vice Chairman of the Shaanxi Youth Science and Technology Workers Association. In January 2023, he was appointed as the Deputy Director of the Degree Management and Graduate Education Department of the Ministry of Education and the Deputy Director of the Office of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council (on secondment). In December 2023, he was appointed as the President of Xi'an Shiyou University.

Senior Engineer YongQing Cheng

Xi'an Shiyou University

Cheng Yongqing, male, Han nationality, born in March 1968, member of the Communist Party of China, university degree, bachelor of law, senior engineer. He is currently a member of the party committee and vice president of Xi'an Shiyou University. In charge of teacher work Department, teacher Development Center (High-level Talent Office), personnel Department, College of continuing Education, periodical Center. Contact the School of Materials Science and Engineering and the College of New Energy. He went to work in July 1990. He has successively served as Deputy Director, Director, Division Chief and Deputy Director of personnel Department Reform Office of Xi'an Shiyou University, Deputy Director and Director of bidding Office (during which he also served as Deputy Commander-in-Chief of Engineering Construction headquarters of the new campus), Director of personnel. In October 2018, he was appointed member of the Party Committee and Vice President of Xi'an Shiyou University.

Ata Jahangir Moshayedi, Associate Professor, IEEE Senior Member,

Dr. Ata Jahangir Moshayedi is an Associate Professor at Jiangxi University of Science and Technology in China, holding a Ph.D. in Electronics-Robotics from Savitribai Phule University, Pune, India. He is a distinguished member of IEEE as a Senior Member and ACM, alongside being a Life Member of both the Instrument Society of India and the Speed Society of India.

His contributions extend beyond academia, as he actively participates in various IEEE conferences, serving in roles such as Keynote,TPC chair, reviewer, and editorial team member for conferences and various in ternational  journals.

Dr. Moshayedi's scientific achievements are substantial, with over 90 articles published in prestigious national and international journals. Alongside his research publications, he has authored three books and holds two patents and 12 copyrights, showcasing his pioneering contributions. Notably, his latest book, "Unity in Embedded System Design and Robotics: A Step-by-Step Guide," published by CRC, is recognized as the first book to integrate VR, robotics, and embedded systems.

His research interests encompass a wide range of topics, including robotics and automation, sensor modeling, bio-inspired robots, mobile robot olfaction, column tracking, embedded systems, machine vision, virtual reality, and artificial intelligence.

Wei Wei is an Associate Professor with the School of Computer Science and Engineering, Xi’an University of Technology, Xi’an. He was a Distinguished Professor of  Shaanxi Hanjiang Scholars. In 2022&2023 Dr. Wei was presented among "TOP 2% Scientists in the World" by Stanford University for his career achievements. In 2022, Wei Wei was also Selected as a highly cited scholar in China by Elsevier. His research interests include wireless networks, wireless sensor networks application, image processing, mobile computing, distributed computing, and pervasive computing, Internet of Things, and sensor data clouds. He has published around 400 research papers in international conferences and journals. Wei Wei is a Senior Member of ACM and IEEE and the China Computer Federation. He is an Editorial Board Member of the Future Generation Computer System, the IEEE Access, Ad Hoc & Sensor Wireless Sensor Network, the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers, and KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Systems. Including top journals special issues, ACM ToSN&TOIT, IEEE Trans on ITS&TII&JBHI,etc. He is a TPC member of many conferences and a regular Reviewer of the IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed Systems, the IEEE Transactions on Image Processing, the IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing, the IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications, the Journal of Network and Computer Applications, and many other Elsevier journals.
