Keynote speaker 1.
Yuan Yuan, Northwestern Polytechnical University, Professor/National Outstanding Youth.
Yuan Yuan, Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, and recipient of the National Excellent Youth Science Foundation at the School of Aerospace Science, Northwestern Polytechnical University. Prof. Yuan obtained a bachelor's degree from Beihang University and a doctoral degree from Tsinghua University. In recent years, Prof. Yuan mainly focused on the intersection of game theory and artificial intelligence and has published over 40 papers in internationally renowned SCI journals. Prof. Yuan currently is serving as the Chief Scientist/Head of a National Vertical Ten Million Project. Prof. Yuan won one Wu Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Excellent Youth Award, one Military Science and Technology Progress Second Prize, and one Shaanxi Provincial Natural Science Second Prize. Prof. Yuan received the title of Young Talent from the Chinese Society of Command and Control, and received 4 paper awards including the "Best Paper Award" at internationally renowned academic conferences. Prof. Yuan served as an editorial board member/guest editor for multiple SCI journals, including Neurocomputing, IEEE Access, Transactions of the Institute of Measurement and Control, and International Journal of Advanced Robotics Systems. Prof. Yuan has held multiple positions as the chairman of academic conferences at home and abroad, the chairman of publications, and a member of the procedural committee.

Meng Deyu, Xi'an Jiaotong University, professor/national high-level talent.
Meng Deyu, Xi'an Jiaotong University, Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, Executive Deputy Director of Big Data Analysis and Computational Analysis Engineering Laboratory. Prof. Meng has been committed to the research of fundamental theories in machine learning for a long time. In the past five years, Prof. Meng has published over a hundred papers in journal conferences related to machine learning, and have received over 24000 academic citations from Google. Prof. Meng has won the first prize of Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Award (first recipient), Shaanxi Provincial Youth Science and Technology Award, and has been selected for the National Talent Plan and National Youth Talent Plan. As the project leader, Prof. Meng has undertaken the key special project of the Ministry of Science and Technology on "transformative key scientific issues", and have undertaken multiple projects from the Ministry of Education, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and JWKJW. Current Vice Chairman of the Chinese Society of Industry and Applied Mathematics, Director of the CSIAM Youth Work Committee, and IEEE Trans Editorial board members of seven domestic and foreign journals, including PAMI, National Science Review, and Science China: Information Sciences.

Qian Yuhua, Shanxi University, Professor/National High Level Talent.
Qian Yuhua is a professor and doctoral supervisor at the Key Laboratory of Computational Intelligence and Chinese Information Processing of the Ministry of Education at Shanxi University. He is also a recipient of the National Excellent Youth Fund and the Deputy Director of the Key Laboratory of Intelligent Information Processing in Shanxi Province. His main responsibilities include research and teaching in the fields of computational intelligence, data mining, and knowledge discovery. In 2012, he was selected for the New Century Talent Support Program of the Ministry of Education. In 2012, he was named a young academic leader in Shanxi Province. In 2013, he was nominated for the National Hundred Excellent Doctoral Dissertations Award. In 2011, he was awarded the Excellent Doctoral Dissertation Award by the Chinese Computer Society (CCF). In 2011, he was awarded the "May Fourth Youth Medal" of Shanxi Province. In 2008, he was awarded the Special Prize of the Baosteel Education Fund by the Ministry of Education. In recent years, he has presided over one National Excellent Youth Fund project, one Ministry of Education New Century Talent Support Program project, one National Natural Science Foundation project, one Doctoral Program Special Fund (Doctoral Program) for Higher Education Institutions, and one Shanxi Provincial Natural Science Foundation project. Prof. Qian has also led the Ministry of Education to participate in and complete one National 863 Program project and two National Natural Science Foundation projects. In the past five years, more than 70 academic papers have been published in important international and domestic academic journals and international conferences, such as Artistic Intelligence, IEEE Transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering, IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems, Pattern Recognition, IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man and Cybernetics, International Journal of Inquiry Reasoning, Information Sciences, Data&Knowledge Engineering, Chinese Science, and Journal of Computer Science. Among them, SCI has collected over 40 articles, obtained 2 invention patents, and registered 1 software copyright. The paper has been cited nearly 3000 times, and 4 papers have been selected for the high citation list of Web of Science. One of the papers published in the top computer science journal, Artistic Intelligence, has ranked first in the journal for three consecutive years.

Li Jian, Professor at Shaanxi University of Science and Technology.
Li Jian is a professor, and serves as a doctoral supervisor. He also serves as a member of the Artificial Intelligence Professional Committee of the Chinese Industrial Mathematics Society, a director of the Chinese Computational Mathematics Society, and the vice chairman of the Shaanxi Provincial Statistical Society. Editorial board/deputy editor in chief of 5 international journals, commentator for Mathematical Review in the United States. I obtained a Ph.D. in Science from Xi'an Jiaotong University in 2007. From September 2006 to December 2006, Jian pursued further studies at the School of Mathematical Sciences, Peking University. From July 2007 to September 2007, Prof. Li pursued further studies at the School of Engineering, Peking University. From September 2008 to August 2010, he conducted postdoctoral research at the Department of Petrochemical Engineering, University of Calgary, Canada. From September 2012 to August 2013, he was a visiting scholar in the State Key Laboratory of Atmospheric Science and Geofluid Mechanics, Institute of Atmospheric Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and visited Canada, Hong Kong and other places as a senior/visiting researcher/visiting professor every year from 2012 to 2019. Mainly engaged in research on efficient numerical methods for partial differential equations, computable modeling for new energy problems, and artificial intelligence methods for fluid computing. He have published multiple SCI papers in top international journals in computational mathematics or mechanics, such as Numerische Mathematik, SIAM Journal on Numerical Analysis, SIAM Journal on Scientific Computing, Journal of Computational Physics, Computer Methods in Applied Mechanics and Engineering, and a total of three monographs/textbooks in Chinese and English have been published by Springer Press and Science Press. Three reports on heavy oil extraction in collaboration with the AICISE Center in Canada, and three national invention patents. As the project leader, he have completed multiple projects including the Ministry of Education's New Century Excellent Talent Support Program, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Ministry of Education's Scholarship Fund for Returning to China, the Shaanxi Provincial Special Support Program, and the Shaanxi Youth Science and Technology New Star; The scientific research achievements have won one first prize of the Shaanxi Provincial Natural Science Award and one second prize of the Shaanxi Provincial Natural Science Award. Has successively been approved to enjoy the special allowance of the State Council government, the Ministry of Education's New Century Excellent Talents, National Excellent Teachers, Visiting Scholars of the Ministry of Organization, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Experts Enjoying the Shaanxi Sanqin Talent Allowance, Regional Talents of the Shaanxi Special Support Plan, Excellent Party Members of the Shaanxi Provincial Higher Education Commission, Shaanxi Youth Science and Technology Star, Shaanxi Youth Science and Technology Award, and Outstanding Young Talents with Outstanding Contributions in Baoji.

Yang Xiaoyu, Computer Network Information Center of Chinese Academy of Sciences, professor/Chinese Academy of Sciences (Class A).
Yang Xiaoyu, Research Fellow and Doctoral Supervisor, Computer Network Information Center, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Yang obtained a master's and doctoral degree from De Montfort University in the UK. Yang was a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Earth Sciences at the University of Cambridge and a research engineer at the School of Electronic and Computer Engineering at the University of Southampton. Before returning to China, Dr. Yang worked as a researcher at the Reading e-Science Research Center at the University of Reading in the UK. The main research directions include: application and practice of e-science, scientific data and quality management of e-science, workflow and collaborative computing, grid computing, cloud computing, QoS based service computing and SOA based software architecture, application research of Internet of Things technology, application research of product lifecycle data management in environmental and energy sustainable development, product service systems, etc.

Dang Suihu, Professor at Yangtze Normal University.
Prof. Dang Suihu is the Dean of the School of Electronic Information Engineering, master's supervisor at Yangtze Normal University. He is also the leader of the Chongqing Yingcai Innovation and Entrepreneurship Demonstration Team. He has long been engaged in the research of optoelectronic device design and fiber optic sensing applications, achieving significant results in distributed fiber optic sensing technology and the design and application development of high-efficiency, high-power LED structures. He has led more than 10 key R&D projects, including the "Research and Innovation Platform Construction of Smart Gas Field Sensing Technology," with total project funding exceeding 12 million RMB. His research achievements, such as the "Key Technologies and Applications of High-Efficiency Light Emitting Diodes," have won one first prize and one second prize for provincial and ministerial scientific and technological progress, and two district-level third prizes. He has published over 50 SCI papers in international journals such as Optics Express and Optical Materials Express. He holds 16 authorized invention patents and has formulated one corporate standard.
